What a home! What a Team! Working with Arnie and his trusted coordinator Janet has been an exceptional experience in partnership, attention to detail and quality that has resulted in a top-notch new home. It is not possible to over-state how grateful I am that I trusted this team with my dream plans and saw them to fruition. I had the privilege of being close by as each stage came together and the craft-people entrusted with the final touches were more than gracious during the many times I wandered through amazed at the care and detail of their work. I shall always think fondly of Arnie and Janet as I look at the winding river that showcases my fireplace wall. It is a true mark of what sets a custom home apart from all others. This was intended as my “forever” home and the Greener Homes team made certain that it more than lives up to its promises. Not surprising, it got top marks for all final inspections. Wow.

I was looking to build my forever sustainable and accessible home for the future when my research led me to Greener Homes. I had a rather long wish list and the Greener Homes team delivered. They not only recommended a vacant lot that offered great passive solar energy, but they also helped me make adjustments to my plan so that my home included the majority of items off my wish list. The Greener Homes team responded quickly to all of my requests and they made the process in working with their interior decorating consultant (Stage Right), The Kitchen Centre and with the various other suppliers very easy and efficient.

I was not living in Lethbridge while my house was being built, so the Greener Homes team provided me with regular updates and pictures which provided me peace of mind. I know I have a well-built, rock-solid home that will be enjoyed by myself and for generations to come. I would highly recommend Greener Homes for any projects you are considering. Their attention to details will ensure that you will not be disappointed.

Several years prior to us building we selected Greener Homes as our builder for many reasons. Dave Wolfe is easy to deal with, was a text, email or call away from us all the way. Greener Homes builds excellent homes. We have been pleased with the craftsmanship and design of our home!

Throughout construction we were very comfortable.  Sure, sometimes we wondered “what are we thinking?”  but we knew Dave and the sub-contractors he works with had the knowledge and expertise to give us our forever home.  They were all very helpful when we had decisions to make – who knew there are so many kinds of toilets and taps?  We love our new Greener Home!

My experience with Greener Homes* was that Dave settles for nothing less than perfection. Superior workmanship and a keen eye to detail are a given. So I knew I was getting the highest return on my investment for a very reasonable rate. Dave was there all the time overseeing his crews and making sure everything was done to our standards and more importantly, his. When issues were uncovered, Dave came up with cost effective solutions that made sense and worked well. Dave was very flexible when changes were made and worked to make it all fit together. Dave insisted on a very tightly closed envelope and we are so happy he did. Not many contractors would do as much. We now have a home that we are very proud of and have been complimented on many times.
